If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete upon delivery, please submit a return request via the MNK-Store website within 14 days of receipt.

All MNK-Store Mall items are 100% authentic and backed by our 2x Money Back Guarantee, except for groceries and digital goods, which are excluded from this offer.

For electronics and mobile phones, issues arising after use or beyond the return window may be covered under seller or brand warranty.

MNK-Store Like New purchases include a 3-month warranty for phones and a 6-month warranty for laptops and tablets. Please refer to the respective Warranty Policies for full terms.

Change of mind returns are accepted for select categories. Refer to our category-specific return policy for details.

Valid reasons for return include:
